ADHD or ADD stands for Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. It is a chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. ADHD is usually diagnosed in childhood, but can persist into adulthood. Women are often diagnosed later in adulthood in comparison to men due to the differences in symptoms.

What ADHD can look like in everyday life:
