Are You Looking for Support with Anxiety?
Anxiety is an emotion that can feel like fear, dread, or uneasiness. It can be a normal response to stress, such as a difficult work problem or an upcoming task. However, anxiety can become a disorder when it doesn't go away, worsens over time, and interferes with daily life.

Headaches or dizziness: Tension headaches or a sense of dizziness that’s hard to shake.
Excessive worry: Constantly thinking about worst-case scenarios or feeling anxious about things that may or may not happen.
Irritability: Feeling easily frustrated or annoyed by small things.
Restlessness: A sense of being on edge, unable to relax or focus on anything.
Fear of losing control: A persistent fear that something bad is going to happen, even if there’s no immediate threat.
